Internal process for when an open shift happens
Step 1. Create a ticket stating where and what dates/times you are looking for with the classification of Open Shift.
Step 2. Ensure the first thing you do is offer out the shifts on WinTeam.
Step 3. In the ticket, write every name you offered the shift too.
Step 4. Create a note with the text message you will send to every guard you typed in, including time, address, and rate.
Step 5. Once the text has been sent, CALL every guard you've texted.
Step 6. Once a guard picks it up, add their name to the ticket.
Step 7. Check job notes and see if they have any additional steps that must be done. Ex: Notifying client.
Step 8. Did the rate change? If yes, email ops manager of new rate. If no, close ticket.
Step 9. Close ticket after email is sent.
